Presenter Video Express

When I try to record on (Both) I get a message stating

Internal application error and it closes down-Freezes

Its presenter V 11 Trial

Any help appreciated

Try running the program as Administrator. This worked for me on the trial version.

Thank you. All drivers up to date, I think my graphcis card needs and update as not strong enough.
