Primary Contact

We are transitioning an existing account. There are some hard feelings so getting information is like pulling teeth. I now have admin access but can't change the primary contact information. Any suggestions?

    Hi,

    Have you tried changing the Primary contact Information via: Webapp--> Administration--> Account--> Edit Information? You should not have issues changing the primary contact information from there.. Let us know if you are facing issues.

    Yes. I get a message that I am not authorized.

    I don't understand the privilege heirarchy - perhaps the person transfering administration to me didn't give me everything I need.

    Perhaps you were given Limited Administrator rights instead of Administrator rights. Full Admin rights should let you see anything on the server.
