problem downloading recordings

i have been trying for a week to download and i get error messages or downloads that the video freezes while everything else continues to the length of the video is 16:40 while the playback continues beyond that.  Help!  All I am doing is using Adobe Connect Meeting and I have no clue how to even contact support.  My 1 month subscription runs out today and I would really like to have the recording.  Thanks.

    I would try updating to the latest version of the add-in and/or making the recording on another computer. See if either of those solves the problem.

    I have adobe flash 14.0.0.145  Is this the latest version?  I am using firefox (which is up to date).  I do not have another computer to try.  I have only been using adobe connect for a month now and have problems downloading the whole time, but never as bad as it has been the past week.

    Yes, that is the latest Flash player, but I would get the latest Connect Add-in, available from the link above. The Add-in is what Connect uses to make the recording on your computer. I know that Windows 8 (you don't mention your OS) and the offline recording function of Connect didn't play well for a while. The latest Add-in may have fixed that issue. Either way, make sure you have the latest available and try again.

    What other problems have you had?
