Problem in Shared Content: "The selected document could not be retrieved"

Anyone knows how to solve this problem in the Shared Content occurs with pdf files only: "The selected document could not be retrieved, please try uploading the document again."

Is the PDF locked? I've run into this error in two situations:

1. When uploading an interactive PDF (as Jorma noted)

2. When uploading a locked PDF

Thank you Jorma Jennings, I have tried to upload again but it doesn't work with only some pdf files. Some pdf files are still okay. They are the same version 1.6 (7x).

Are the PDF's interactive or have any complicated graphics on them?
