Problem installing Connect 9.8.1

Hello.

I am installing the ISO for Adobe Connect 9.8.1 in promise in our server Windows Server 2016 Standard 64 bits

but the installer has the next errors and nothing works. Anybody can help me, please?

Adobe Connect has recently updated to version 10.

Your error appears to be time limited in that it has expired.

I believe you would be better off contacting Adobe Customer Care as your issue appears to be associated with your subscription which isn't something that the majority of people on the forums can assist with.

Adobe Connect 9.8.1 is the current version. Connect 10 is in beta and hasn't been released yet.

Looking at your errors it appears that the issue lies with the communication between your Connect server and your SQL server. Make sure you have the right authentication credentials in Connect for your SQL DB.

It could also be that your SQL DB is not formatted correctly. You can reach out to Adobe Support and they can review the errors and get you a solution.Adobe Connect Support
