Problem installing Connect 9.8.1

Hello.I am installing the ISO for Adobe Connect 9.8.1 in promise in our server Windows Server 2016 Standard 64 bitsbut the installer has the next errors and nothing works. Adobe Connect has recently updated to version 10.

Your error appears to be time limited in that it has expired.

I believe you would be better off contacting Adobe Customer Care as your issue appears to be associated with your subscription which isn't something that the majority of people on the forums can assist with.
