Problem opening a new meeting as a host

Hello,I wonder if anyone can help with this problem. I am trying to open a new meeting in Adobe Connect, but every time I do this I appear as a presenter rather than a host. What am  doing wrong?Many thanks,Oz.

Chances are you joined the room without host rights and then went back to the room settings on the server and gave yourself host rights. The session cookie on your computer is holding on to your innitial rights in the room, so you will either need to try a different browser, close the room and wait 7-15 min for the session to end or log out and clear your browser cookies and then re-launch your browser and re-enter the room.
