problem with adobe connect screen share options

hi there I'm trying to share an application window during a meeting. I allowed securty and privacy of macos catalina 10.15.6 beta. but the adobe connect ap repeatedly asks this permission. but the permission is already granted on the privacy window. I see the checkbox checked.
what's the problem? can anybody help?
