problem with adobe connect screen sharing

I have installed the latest version of firefox and adobe falsh player version 32 and adobeconnect version 2020.1.5. The problem is that I can't share my screen! I choose "share screen" option and nothing happens! I get no error messages or anything but it won't share my screen!

    Just to verify, you are using the Connect App when trying to share your screen? You can't do the screen sharing in the browser version of Connect.
    If you are using the App, make sure your computer drivers are up to date. And it can be a security setting on your computer that may be blocking the issue. 

     

    And, if nothing else, try reaching out to the Adobe Connect Suppor team to see if they are aware of what may cause this issue. https://helpx.adobe.com/adobe-connect/connect-support.html

    Dear Jorma,

    Thank you so much for your response. I have installed the connectApp but I enter the class directly from a link that our University provided using firefox browser and it starts connecting to the adobeconnect. I don't use the desktop application but my drivers are up to date and I checked the firewall and antivirus but that is not the problem!

    Thanks anyway. I will write for the the Adobe Connect Suppor team.
