When loading the published file after the Macromedia icon runs, my slides appear as if they are loading into the interface. Anyone else have this experience?

    Hi smcappel:

Can you elaborate further on this issue? If the slides contain a lot
of visual data--graphics (photos or other bitmap data), multiple
colors, multiple fonts and/or animation or transition effects, this
can cause a slight delay as they're loaded into memory. You could test
with a smaller, simpler slide to see if that noticeably improves the
latency time. If it doesn't, then it is probably something else, which
should be investigated further. We'd need to know if you were on the
hosted system or running a licensed server. At that point, I would
    recommend opening a support case:

    Hope this helps!

This is my issue with Breeze Presenter 5.1:

This issue concerns the Macromedia Breeze Presenter 5.1 plugin for Microsoft PowerPoint. I am using the plugin with PowerPoint 2003 (v11.6465). The problem I am having can best be described as a “preload glitch”. When I publish a particular class, either by ZIP file or in an expanded directory format, when I open the index.htm file the interface loads quickly, however there is a very rapid sequential flashing of each slide in the presentation. It seems to go through this rapid succession twice, and then it begins with the very first slide maximized to fill the interface.

Another class PPT did something similar, but also seemed to hiccup on animation that was on the first slide. It animates halfway through, and then restarts; It does this many many times before actually switching to the first slide maximized inside the Breeze interface.

Both of these issues seem related, but they are both very disconcerting for viewers. Clicking the first slide right away seems to halt this strange flickering somewhat, but there is a delay between clicking and the flashing/flickering stopping (and the clicked slide beginning). In the preferences for these presentations, the checkbox to “require slides to load completely before playback” is not checked. I cannot recall if one presentation was generated using the shell of the other (and thus the settings), however this may be possible.

The very first class I generated using the Breeze Presenter plugin does not have this issue, and loads/begins right away without problems. However every class since has had this problem.

That’s about the best way I can describe it without showing someone visually.
