Problem with recording

Hi,

i have a problem with a recording make yesterday.

When i make flv or i want see a recording, adobe block in loading screen.

i have try with w7 with ie11 and firefox with flashplayer 12 and w8 with ie11 but the result don't change.

what the problem of recording?

i have try to install new adobe add-in but don't change.

pls help me
