Problem with Screen Share using Mac

I have a colleague who was trying to screen share using a mac, and the screen just looked fuzzy.  We tried to trouble-shoot to no avail.  He also has a Windows computer, and that worked fine.  Does anybody have any ideas of why a screen share might not work well in Mac.

    The issue is likely a security permissions issue on the Mac. https://blogs.connectusers.com/connectsupport/adobe-connect-and-mac-osx-10-15-catalina-screen-share-settings/ is the Support note about it.
