Problems getting video in talking head option

Hi : I'm working with trail version of Macromedia Breeze Presenter and in trying to attach a video (swf) in slide (Talking head video) - I keep on getting message "Presenter failed to create the folder ....., please check your file and folder permissions and try again". The permissions are just fine. Any ideas on this ? I'm trying to prepare a prototype presentation to see if we can use this product.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
