Problems plotting PDF to HP DJ 500 IN Win7

Recently upgarded PC's to Windows 7 but now unable to plot from PDF - In the properties menu of the printer we get no option to select page size. This may be driver related but have not been able to get an answer from anybody to solve the problem, it ony happens when trying to plot PDF drawing. Any advice would be much appreciated.
