Problems with Adobe Flash Player in Windows 10

A few days ago, I installed the latest Windows 10 update.  Today, when I tried to view an MLBtv video, I received an error message saying that I needed to install the latest version of Adobe Flash Player.  But, when I go to my "advanced settings," I see that Adobe is installed and on.

What gives?
