Problems with audio delay in HTML5 version

We have meetings with some of the audiernce downlaoding the app and some using the HTML5 version on their browser. Periodically individuals will have the audio go completely out of sysnc and there can be huge delay until they recieve a speech. This can mean that when they do receive the speech it can be overlayed on top of someone else talking. It doesn't happen to everyone on a browser just to individuals at different times. I had tried it myself with a fast coneection and have experienced the same thing. Anyone else have this problem. I would have thought I would be able to find a topic on it if people had the same.

Any suggestions?

We just moved over to the new version 3 weeks ago and I am seriously thinking of switching off the HMTL5 option
