Problems with Firefox?

I think that our hosted version of Connect updated at the weekend, and since then a number of our students have been unable to access our lessons (i.e. meetings).  My colleagues and I have had no problems at all.

I asked affected students to let me know what type of computer they were using, which browser they were using, and the name of their ISP.  The first three to contact me were using MacOS and Windows, but all were using Firefox.

Is there an issue with the latest version of Connect and Firefox?

I contacted Adobe support and it's a known issue - it's not just related to Firefox, it seems, but the Connect apps are supposedly unaffected.

Hmm... one of the students who was using Firefox has switched to Edge and now everything is OK, however...

I've tried Firefox 115 on Windows and Firefox 126 on MacOS and both are fine.  It even works in Safari.  So maybe Firefox is a red herring, or maybe it's a specific version?
