Problems with page customization!

I am trying to upload a custom logo for both the login page and actual meeting page view (aka customize central) and I cannot for the life of me get the page customization to work. Every time I upload a logo it shows up as a broken image and when I hit apply it goes back to the default.  Yes, I tried jpeg, gif, png, all at the exact logo dimensions requested.

I really want to use this product and love the fact that there are some great intro videos, but at the end of the day if I can't get little things like this to work on the first try we're going to have to go with another provider.

Any Adobe employees care to convince me otherwise?  Perhaps by helping me resolve this issue and not forwarding me back to another forum (as your phone rep did rather hastily) would be a GREAT way to get a new Client on board.  Just a suggestion.

    You'll love this...I called Tech support and they added it to my account FREE..Why isn't this something that comes with it by default?

    I had the same problem when I ran the trial version.  It would not show me the modifications I made.  Well, when I went to my login page some how my logo appeared. So they all got uploaded but they were not shown on the edit page, if that makes sense.  I wish Adobe could fix some of this stuff.

    Its so frustrating when you spend the money on a product and its wishy washy.....

    Good morning.

    I´m not from Adobe but I.m an Adobe Partner in Spain and I love Connect.

    1. Tell me which explorer you are using and version

    2. Be carefull with the incompatibility of 7.5 installation (if you have it in License mode) and some antivirus (Symentec for instance)

    3. If you want to send me your URL, login and password or you want to open a meeting and show me your problem I will be happy to help you
