Problems with PGI audio conference since patch

Has anyone else had challenges using PGI as a audio conference provider since the update this weekend?   On all of our licenses, we can't start the audio conference bridge so that users can use the "call me" feature.  Also, the settings are auto-populating VOIP options now, which we could uncheck, but it's a pain that it does it automatically. 

We are able to open the phone bridge manually (dialling in manually), but the platform is not correctly capturing users who are calling in - no phone numbers are appearing in the Attendee Pod as users dial in even though we can all hear the speaker. 

The PGI Adapter is already turned on.

    We have a different audio provider, but have found creating a duplicate audio profile with a slightly different name and using the "new" profile will resolve this. It can take up to 20 minutes after completely existing the room before the new audio profile starts working, so it is best to do this in advance if at all possible.

    So far, no issues for me. I've hosted a few events with no problems initiating the bridge from inside Adobe Connect. 

     

    One issue I have that perhaps you can help me with. When your phone users join (when it's working for you), are they automatically muted as participants? I'm finding that I have to mute my participants using a phone manually after they join even though they are in a participant mode. It's my understanding that PGI is supposed to inherit the auto-mute but doesn't appear to do so. 

     

    Would appreciate your thoughts. As well, let us know if your bridge started working and what was corrected.

    We are experiencing the same issue since the update.  I have not found any help yet, and also posted in this forum.  I called a tech support number this morning, only to get disconnected after holding for about 45 minutes.  

     

    If you find a solution, please reply with it.

    I am having simular issues with Intercall as the audio provider. I held on the phone for over an hour before being disconnected.  Very fustrating.
