Problems with PGI audio conference since patch
Has anyone else had challenges using PGI as a audio conference provider since the update this weekend? On all of our licenses, we can't start the audio conference bridge so that users can use the "call me" feature. Also, the settings are auto-populating VOIP options now, which we could uncheck, but it's a pain that it does it automatically.
We are able to open the phone bridge manually (dialling in manually), but the platform is not correctly capturing users who are calling in - no phone numbers are appearing in the Attendee Pod as users dial in even though we can all hear the speaker.
The PGI Adapter is already turned on.
