Problems with users on Mac trying to view recordings
I have received a couple of emails from users trying to view a password protected recording on connect. They open the url in either safari or chrome and enter the password the follwoing then happens:
- The page refreshes and the password disappears
- It asks them to download Adobe Connect or to try again - They try again as they already have the app and it goes back to 1.
I don't have a Mac so can't test it out but has anyone had similar problems and found a solution
