Problems with video in online course using Adobe Presenter

I have imported a video in Adobe Presenter 11 and when I go to the view presentation the video plays fine. When I upload it to Adobe Connect, there's no video. The play bar is there, but the background is blank and it doesn't show or play. I clicked the box to upload both video and attachments, but it doesn't play the video no matter what adjustments I make. Can you help me?

    Can you tell us what file format the video was in and what the bitrate is?  Also, have you tried using Adobe Presenter Video Creator, or tried just uploading the video to it's own pod?

    Bit rate is 474 and the format is Mp4. I haven't tried using Adobe Presenter video creator, but I will. I am not uploading this to an adobe webinar or classroom, but it is a standalone, self-directed course which lives on the AC LMS.
