Hi- we recorded some connect webinars and I have links for these. Our licence has expired - it looks like the links no longer work. I want to access these videos to convert to mp4. Is this possible?

Thanks

Adobe provides support through the Chat function on the contact page or through a phone call. There is no email support.

If your account is expired then you are probably not going to be able to convert the recordings to MP4. This should have been done prior to the account being shut down.

Depending on how long ago the account was expired, you may be able to get the account reactivated and get access to the recordings. But it isn't a big window that you have before the content for the account is permanently deleted.
