Public Servers - U.S. only?

My last company, and current company, use the Adobe Connect Managed Servers from Adobe, not an internal server.   The last time I knew, Adobe had the servers in the US only.  This is tough when we have other countries trying to access the account and facilitate it.  I know India has a really tough time facilitating AC from there.  Has this changed?  Does AC still have servers in U.S. only?  Thanks.
