Publishing video with Captivate upload into Connect Issue

We are trying to upload a SWF Captivate project into Adobe Connect that contains .flv video and mp3 audio. Audio comes over just fine, however video does not play. We have "hard coded" the .flv url into the Captivate project using the insert flv/f4v option in Captivate. (see pic below, where we insert URL).

When we upload the SWF file generated from Captivate using Adobe Flash v9 (as suggested by BUG# 3548259, becasue we were getting error fp10SWFMsg) only the audio plays and not the videos.

HELP!
