Purchased Monthly Subscription 5 days ago through Adobe Connect Portal, but when I try to login I am now told the trial has ended and the account has expired.

Near the end of my free trial I purchased a monthly Adobe Connect subscription through the portal in the Connect Settings. I paid for the subscription on 6/21/2014, but now when I try to login I am sent to a page that says our trail has expired. I am able to login through the support site and see my receipt, so I know the transaction was verified.

    Double check the URL for the account you purchased. It may be at a different URL, on a different server, with different credentials. I don't believe that trial accounts convert into monthly accounts. If this is not the case, then I recommend you reach out to support directly (I know they can try to direct you here) to get a resolution to your issue.
