Q&A greyed out in meetings

I'm an admin and I've checked to see that the Q&A pod is enabled; however, it is still greyed out in meetings. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

    You need to link a chat pod to the Q and A pod. Add a chat pod to your layout; then find the Q and A pod - found in the presenters only area - and link the two pods. Guests see the chat pod you added. You and the other presenters see both.
