Question about adobe connect add-in

Hello,

I am trying to install adobe add in for my daughter who needs to do her SAT prep courses online, but I keep getting the error message, "couldn't write to the hard drive, verify hard drive and retry", and I did but no success, then the message said contact your IT administrator, which I have no idea who that is, can someone please help? thanks
