Question about Events / On-Demand Content

I hope this isn't too off topic.  I have the Adobe Connect Events module.  Hardly ever use it.  I tried to create an on-demand event to allow participants to watch an MP4 video that I uploaded.  All that works fine.  However, I'd like to prevent participants from being able to dowload the MP4.  It seems counter-intuative to have an event that requires registration and then allow everybody to download and keep a file.

I don't see a normal toggle to allow/disallow downloads.
