QUESTION - Video inverted when uploaded to Connect Central and displayed in Connect

I uploaded two mp4 files to Connect Central. They were originally created on an iPhone and both play without problem on my computer, YouTube, Facebook, etc. When I load them to an Adobe Connect Share pod, one is rotated 90 degrees and the other is upside down (rotated 180 degrees). What's going on. How do I correct this?
