Quiz not appearing now in Breeze

I am trying to edit an old presentation using Powerpoint and Breeze 5, however when I export it the quiz is not appearing? I even deleted and recreated the quiz. What gives?

    When you format the quiz slides to look how you need did you un-group anything? Doing this will break the quiz slide (even if you re-group the items) and it will just ignore it when publishing.
