Quiz Reports Status

I am having a problem within Breeze when looking at quiz results under reports we are seeing that users are showing as passed based on scores but will have a status of incomplete. Has anyone come across this issue before and what was the fix?

    This happened to me a while back. I contacted the support team and they looked into it. I would recomend contacting them but you could also try checking you have an up to date version of Presenter and if not updating it then republishing all the courses again.
