Dear Community,

 

I'm using adobe connect to participate in an online class.  The instructors have provided usernames and passwords to access practice rooms in adobe connect.  After I'd downloaded adobe connect, I'm unable to log in to the practice rooms.  Please let me know what are your suggestions to allow for the connection in adobe connect.

    Are you getting an error message? Is it an issue where your login credentials are not valid? 

    Chances are you need to go back to the group that is providing the online class and work with them to identify the problem.
