I have another problem. It is that i wanna enter my.adobeconnect.com with my ADOBE ID and password. But it says "incorrect username and password".

    That Connect URL is an internal Adobe Corporate account. If you are not an Adobe employee I don't think your login credentials will work. 

    Do you have an Adobe Connect account that you or your company uses? It will start with something other the 'my'.
