You can use any provider you would like. Adobe doesn't have a telephone conferencing service so they are all 3rd party. Not sure what is available in Germany as a free conferencing provider, but I'm sure there must be some out there. You can then use the Universal Voice set up to create a profile and then tie that profile to a meeting room.
