RE: Meeting room layout reset to the default layout

We have been using a complicated layout with several pods (containing videos), Share Pods (Containing PPT's) and Polls, but yesterday when preparing for training the whole meeting room had reset to the default layout containing the 2 default layouts. Am I stuck trying to recreate the layouts? So many hours of work. The share history also shows no history. It is like the meeting room reset. How does this happen and how to avoid such a disaster?

Hi Mutahe1,

Yes with reset Layout the pods arrangement reseted to the default view.

I am assuming that pods are still present in room.

you cna verify that from application Bar --> pods and check for respective pods with content.

but apologies you need to recreate the layouts .

Wow, that is a handy/dangerous new feature. I'll be sure to call that out and be clear that there is no 'undo' for resetting the room.
