I just tried to install VC3 on a new computer(after having not used it for several years).  It installs fine and appears to work fine on my Windows PC.  But I am having the same problem that you all report regarding "activiation."  Has anyone found a solution?  Is the program going to stop working when the activation window expires without the program being activated.  That seems VERY unfair as I paid full price for the version, even if it was many years ago.

    Hi @sjpvt001,

Visual Communicator is long gone and was replaced with other tools in Adobe Captivate and Adobe Connect.

It's unlikely that you can continue using VC on a new computer, sorry.

VC3 is a 14-year-old program. It's entirely probable that the activation servers for this program have been shut down, just as the activation servers for Creative Suites up to CS4 (which is 13 years' old) have been shut down. If that's the case, then there is no way for you to activate the software.

I'm saying "if" because I don't actually know.
