Recorded Meeting Cannot playback

I have a recorded meeting for about one hour long,and after that meeting finished ,I try to plackback , the screen always showing connecting, nothing happen after a long long time. Anyone know how to solve this issue?

    It sounds like the recording became corrupted or you may try to go to Adobe Connect Central and allow the recording to be downloaded locally. Then you can create the local recording using that option to watch it. Explore the help system on recordings and how to make local copies.

    Adobe Support can take a look at the recording to determine what may be wrong.

    Also, try accessing it from a different computer to see if anything changes.
