Recorded video is not editable

Having a strange issue with client where the recorded video does not allow them edit video in the drop down. However older ones do. It only shows download file for current recording and one's from few days ago. the client is a host and ran the meeting themselves, so not sure the issue here as all details of the meetings are identical. Any solutions for troubleshooting?
