Recording of meetings inaccessible

We are unable to download or even view our recordings for the past one month or so, although this feature was working fine until now. When I try to view a recording the system is "preparing the room" forever. Need urgent assistance with this feature.

Some accounts were upgraded to 10.6 over the weekend, which should have allowed the option to view recordings in HTML. This hang suggests that something isn't working right with the application that creates the HTML viewer. Please reach out to Adobe Support, https://helpx.adobe.com/adobe-connect/connect-support.html, to have them address the issue.

We are experiencing the same problem with recordings not playing.  The recording pops up and allows the user to click "play" but their is no video displaying.  Like the folks above, resolution of the issue is urgent for us. Thank you.
