Recovering the recording of deleted room

I recorded 2 hour long meeting in adobe connect portal. Then by mistake deleted that room in my service provider account ,through which the room was originally created. Now when I access that URL, chat history,shared documents during the meet are there but recording is not saved. can I recover  my recording? It is really important to me.
