Refresh meeting

Hello people,

i have a big problem with Adobe Connect 8, yesterday i stayed in a meeting, the user's meeting are different country of Europe. When the first half hour pass the meeting automatily refresh it's the same you pressed F5 if you want refresh web site. But in this case i don't pressed anything and meeting refresh and refresh every time. I think the problem is the connection with other country and meeting need refresh every time but i think not sure.What is the problem, why refresh my adobe connect every 30 min??? And other problem one time all users disconnect meeting and reconnect whit her user and add user whit number 2, for example Marc and Marc2 jorma explain me the problem is the network, the disconnection with the server but my question is the problem is the server oh my network connection and user's connection????.
