registrazione adobe connect

Buongiorno,

abbiamo un problema su una registrazione del 06/06/2016.

Cliccando sul link della registrazione si apre la finestra del plugin di adobeconnect, ma rimane sempre in stato di “connessione…” senza far partire il video.

Ho effettuato dei test con alcuni fra i più comuni browser (ie11, Chrome, Firefox) e il problema mi si presenta solo su questa registrazione.

It sounds like you are seeing a known issue from Connect 9.1. I'm not sure why it is showing up now. Here is the description of the bug:

Recording gets stuck connecting. Mainstream and Indexstream files has no reference to LayoutManager or PodManager

    

Issue description

Recording gets stuck at Connecting. Mainstream and Indexstream files have no reference to LayoutManager or PodManager

Information required from customer

  • Recording URL
  • Meeting Room URL from which it was created
  • Login credentials of the customer account with at least meeting host rights
  • Affected session date and time
  • Screenshots, if available

* Contact Support with the above information so that they can escalate the ticket to get a vote added to the bug after identifying the correct bug.

Update: Expected to be fixed with Connect 9.1.
