Remove enhanced rights for Notes pod in breakout room

We have a number of participants as guests in our Adobe room, which stays open pretty continuously.  Right now the settings have it so when a guest/participant is moved to a breakout room, they are automatically assigned enhanced rights to the Notes pods, and can edit the information there.

I haven't been able to find a way to turn this option off for the breakout rooms, and have only been able to remove the rights manually from each participant in each room.

Is there a way a host or the administrator can adjust this setting so that the breakout rooms do not auto give those enhanced rights, without having to close & remake the breakout room, or move participants?
