Remove popup

Dear Adobe people, When I invite people to a meeting room in Adobe Connect, they get a popup with a tour of the website. They can make it go away by checking the "Don't show this again", but usually they are too confused or scared to do this. I have to take valuable time away from my customer interaction to explain this. Why on earth do think that users would want to take a tour of the website? Don't you know that they will click on every possible button until it works?

Please remove the popup. It makes the user experience much worse.

Thanks,
Henrik

You are not alone in feeling this way about the guided hints. There is a sticky thread about it here, Adobe Connect User Community.

I believe that Adobe is looking at giving the account Admin the ability to turn this off, but I'm not sure when it will be changed from the way it is now.
