Request Control only partially working

When the host requests control of a Share pod and is granted permission, she sees the other user's screen and the desktop being shared, but cannot locate a mouse pointer or, therefore, take action. Any ideas?

    The cursor should just be in the location of the user sharing control Wherever you place your cursor on the screen image should be where your cursor is on the computer sharing their screen. If the mouse cursor isn't being acknowledged on the computer sharing the screen, try switching to sharing on the primary monitor instead of the second monitor.

    My colleague confirmed that the screen she was sharing was her second monitor's, so I passed along your advice. Thank you.
