Request of GDPR-Compliance of AdobeConnect for Webinars and Conferences

Dear Team!

As a user of your platform, please inform us about measures you have implemented/will implement to your software to be GDPR compliant.

We do offer Webinars and Conferences by using AdobeConnect. Participants visit Adobe Connect as Guests. Does AdobeConnect collect participant data? Are their individual IPs tracked? Do you offer an Opt-in-formula for the consent of the participant to enter an Webinar or Conference by GDPR-terms? What procedure is in place to have their tracking data removed on request? Are your servers located in the EU or elsewhere?
