Dear SIr/Madam

I would appreciate it if you could give me advice on the ensuing subject.

 

Unfortunately, using the Adobe Connect software application version 22-11-2021 on a Windows 7 service pack 1 system prevents users from accessing the program through the app. when the Open in App is used, a blank white screen is created. Instead, using a browser to access the software is feasible.

 

Please assiste me with this issue for me.
