Screen captures fuzzing once on Breeze server

We are creating PPTs and then convert into Breeze to post on our Breeze server. The screen captures look good on the PPT even after it is pulblised. Once it is posted to the Breeze server and run the screen shots are almost unreadiable.
Any suggestions?
Should I be using a specific screen resolution or type? when I capture?

    If you are publishing from Breeze Presenter is may be the image quality setting you're using. In Presenter go to the Breeze>Preferences menu, then select the "Quality" tab, if the image quality is low set it to medium, if it's already medium, set it to high.
