    File Sharing in a document, the screen suddenly "frozen".

    Hi rallo1710,

    Are you able to reproduce the issue consistently with every meeting that you have tried? Does the screen ever come back to normal state or it remains frozen until you close the addin window?

    Yes, with every meeting. I have to close not only the adidin window but to login with another computer and end the screen document.

    What is the Add-in version you are using?

    Does it freezes instantly as you start sharing or after a while it shows Not Responding  on add-in window.

    Any particular File type or with every files issue persists.
