Screen Share button on Adobe Connect doesn't work

Hello, since this morning I can't use the "screen share" button on ADOBE CONNECT, it doesn't work. I'm only authorize to share documents.

Somebody to help me please.

Are you getting an error message or is Connect crashing? Do you have the add-in installed (required to share your screen)? What browser are you using?

Hello thanks for your help it was a Windows GPO problem.
