Screen Share heavily flickers/black screens when using GPU

The title near enough states it: 

I've screenshared on Teams, Discord amongst other services to share however when screensharing using adobe connect I often encounter horrific screen flickering or full blackouts of the screen.

This issue has not occured on two devices using built in graphics however a machine with a GPU adapter card (3060) which can handle a lot more than adobe connect somehow cannot comfortably screen share. 

I have checked for up-to-date GPU drivers, toggled hardware accelerated graphics on/off amongst other things and the only repeating offender is connects screen share feature. 

The fact this fails to happen on any other software leads me to beleive this isn't a hardware issue and an issue with connect itself, has anyone ever experienced something like this?
